The location is fantastically convenient - steps from Grand Central Station. The staff were very helpful in enabling me to check in right away. The room was well appointed. It was a bit dark as it faced another building but was very comfortable.

Stains on the blanket don’t forget your wash cloths at home because they do not have any. They charge $37 for a bowl of cereal and yogurt what any other hotel would give you that complementary.

Hyatt Regency Times Square
When we checked in we were offered a better room with the same view for the same price. This location is right within walking distance to the Empire State Building (about 20 min), theaters (about 5-10 min) and the subway and Central Park. Will definitely stay again!
