A lovely tree-lined neighborhood with access to good restaurants, bars, subway station and grocery shopping. The townhome itself was comfortable and spacious. This townhouse is exceptionally clean and very spacious. Conveniently located to the Metro and within a stones throw of some amazing restaurants, fun cocktail bars, pharmacies and markets. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. The zen garden was a very unique and welcome feature. The beds and bedding are very comfortable as were the towels. The kitchen is well stocked for a large crowd and we appreciated the teas that were available for our use. My only reason for 4\* on Accuracy of Listing is that it wasn’t clear when we reserved the number of bedrooms AND that the trundle room is a part of the master bedroom. That could’ve caused a problem for some guest arrangements- luckily for us it did not. It should be clear that the master suite is very large and spacious and includes an alcove with a trundle bed. It was used by our niece and she was very comfortable. Overall this was the BEST place we’ve ever rented in NYC and I highly recommend for parties of 6+ ##### Sharon R.
