HOUSE RULES Please make sure that you go through the house rules prior to booking. • PETS: Pets (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100 per pet with a combined pet weight limit of 30lbs and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property. • CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we\`re able to accommodate an early check-in, there\`s an early check-in fee of $50 starting at 1 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time.
