I don’t need to say too much about just how beautiful the hotel is, offering the best rooftop view of Cappadocia during sunrise hot air balloons. Each room is so uniquely decorated, there’s cute seating areas all over the hotel. What’s exceptional about this place is the service. 1\. We arrived at the hotel at 4am in the morning after a red eye flight. The staff was kind enough to let us wait and sleep in their common area. They also offered us free breakfast with the other guests. When they saw how tired we were, the owner upgraded us to a bigger room where the guests were checking out early so we could rest first. 2\. They let us check out later so we could get a few more hours of sleep after waking up at 3am for our hot air balloon ride 3\. It was my friend’s birthday and they prepared a cake for us to enjoy during sunset at the rooftop 4\. We had a 3am flight and didn’t book an additional night at the hotel. The staff let us rest in the indoor break room before our flight though we had already checked out. This hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The rooms were so unique and the common area offered incredible views of Cappadocia. Incredible customer service and very kind staff.
