We stayed here for 3 nights in a cave room. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good...especially the cheese omelette, homemade chilli jam and homemade bread. Watching the hot air balloons in the morning on the balcony was amazing. Great place for walking around Goreme. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room is authentic cave so the vibe is really relaxing! The location is very accessible to everything. Very walkable, lots of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Also near popular destinations! Hotel staff are very hospitable and helpful!

The cave hotel was situated in a lovely area and had very kind and helpful staff! They gave us free water restocks whenever they cleaned our room, and also served a delicious breakfast every morning. Our room was very spacious and had a standing shower and a bath shower as well, which were both very good. They were even kind enough to give us early morning sandwiches for our flight in the morning on our last day as we would have missed breakfast! And I can’t forget to mention the wonderfully fluffy cat, Asan, who paid us 2 visits into our room when we left the door open! He wasn’t scared of us and was very playful and attention seeker- my son had a wonderful time with him. Staff sorted out our airport transfers which was helpful and kind. Overall, this is a wonderful place for anyone to stay at when visiting Cappadocia!

Great hotel in the centre of the city. We had family room with small patio area. You can see air balloons at 5am from patio. It is carved in the cave - absolutely gorgeous. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was great. Only small improvement i can suggest - better shampoo and conditioner and dispenser thst did not work in our room. The breakfast was on the rooftop with great view and decent selection. I would want to have more watermelon and fruit considering we traveled end of June. The staff is the best. Very nice and kind people who try to help in every way. Many thanks for amazing stay.

The team and management (Deniz) were incredible - attentive, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. First class customer service all the way. And the absolute best breakfasts in the whole of Türkiye. Highly recommended for a stay in Göreme.

Excellent stay. Must admit I wasn’t there much, but the service was excellent when I was there, and everyone was very helpful. Had I not been solo and spending time hiking and hot air ballooning, I would have liked to have stayed in an upper level suite room. Location was fantastic and felt very central

Amazing place! The owner is always at the hotel, attentive to the customers’ needs. The breakfast is outstanding—almost anything you could want. The staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

Great hotel; Best Breakfast

The Adelya Cave hotel is great. The two gentleman that work the front desk were very helpful. The breakfast here is probably in the top 5 best that I have ever had at a hotel. I recommend this hotel for sure, but if you find yourself 50-50, I promise that the breakfast here will put it over the top!

Cute hotel cat as friendly as a cat can be! Only complaint is the toilet is mount unreasonably high. I'm 179cm tall and my feet can't reach the floor. Also if there could be some more meat in the breakfast it would make it perfect!

We loved Adelya. Everything was perfect. Great location in the heart of Goreme, walking distance to everything. Breakfast was amazing and the owner has a restaurant worth at least a couple of nights of the best Ottoman inspired and traditional dishes you will have in Turkiye. The staff are lovely. Truly, we could not have asked for better for our time in Cappadocia.

Everything about the hotel was just as advertised. We loved the cave's interior, exterior, and the surrounding area. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Deniz was particularly funny and spent time with us during breakfast. They treated every guest like family. The kitchen staff prepared a sumptuous traditional Turkish breakfast, which was delicious, ensuring we were well-fed. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

It is a cozy boutique hotel, managed by the very friendly owner Denniz. Rooms were warm and spacious even though the temperature outside was 53 degrees and there were 4 of us. The breakfast was included and was plenty with Turkish plates. Conveniently located, it is a few feet from the Main Street which is filled with restaurants, cafes and stores.
