Die Bedienung an der Rezeption war sehr schlecht und unfreundlich. Drei Damen waren vor Ort, keine davon wollte einem begrüssen und entgegennehmen. The hotel is simple but comfortable, and a very nice 5-7 min walk from the Rheinfalls. Which is the main reason we stayed in this hotel for one night. Hotel is OK. The double room with a private bath is not the worst I've seen. Shower and toilet was blocked though, but I got an other room the next day. But I would never stay here with my family. Smoke and drunk people from early morning to late night is just not ok.
