« Man steht jedesmal mind. 15 min. an der Rezeption und wartet darauf, das jemand kommt. Es wirkt sehr chaotisch. Im Restaurant das gleiche! Andere Gäste erzählten, daß im Haus gerade eine Versammlung einer sehr umstrittenen Partei stattfindet und die Angestellten dabeisein wollen. So sollte man kein Hotel führen! Das Zimmer sah sauber aus. »

« One of my few bad experiences and sadly not recommended at all. Erfurt is a great city to visit and the location of the "hotel" is too. However, this is not a hotel. There is no staff and no/bad information about the basics like breakfast hours etc. Also they charged me twice but when talking to them they denied a refund. After a long dialogue with hotels.com I will get a refund but zero excuse from hotel. No cleaning of rooms during stay and AI response via their so called info channel...
