I stay at this hotel often and it ever disappoints! The staff is always welcoming and friendly; the rooms are spotless, and they are pet friendly.
Alonso, they have great amenities and the views are amazing.

The room and facilities were good, but the staff did not have any information about the "show tickets" which were advertised as a discount perk ($10 off) with the reservation (email from Expedia). They claimed their guests receive no discounts for any nearby shows.

The cabin/bungalow I stayed in, named The Crescent, was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, had loads of charm and a great aesthetic. Everything about it was perfect for me. Highly recommend.
