What a pleasure to spend a vacation in a beautiful place like this house. I would like to thank Dimitri for the good communication from the day of booking (weeks in advance) until the end of the renting period.15 min walk to the balcony of Europa and 10 min walk to supermarket.In the house all you may need is provided.I recommend the house and the small city (Nerja) for a good vacation!

El apartamento estába muy limpio con todo lo necesario la picina perfecta y tranquila , tiene aparcamiento dentro de la urbanización pero también hay aparcamiento fuera ,cerca de la playa de la Burriana que es muy bonita con aguas cristalinas pero primero bajas cuesta y luego subes pero nada desorbitado y el anfitrión muy atento y amable nos atendió y explicó todo muy bien sin duda un sitio donde volver

Buenas tardes Llevo yendo a Nerja más de 40 años y este verano tenía mi casa en reformas y es la primera vez que alquilo. Conozco Nerja perfectamente y hay que guiarse por varios aspectos Urbanización tranquila y consolidad y con piscina. En este caso cumple perfectamente La ubicación en Nerja es absolutamente primordial. Es el único sitio de Nerja donde se puede aparcar e ir andando a todos los sitios. En Nerja no se puede coger el coche . Esto es muy importante. Todo está a 10-15 minutos andando desde el apartamento El apartamento es perfecto para cuatro personas con buen salón comedor , terraza muy agradable , cocina independiente bien equipada y dos habitaciones especiosas. Dispone de aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo.La zona es muy tranquila y sin ruidos. La relación calidad precio para verano es inigualable. Repito , ubicación la mejor de Nerja y no falta de nada.Dimitri , gracias , atento siempre por si necesitamos algo .
