The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 7-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Ambar and Villa Zafiro - and near all of our other properties in the Parador area. Villa Perla has a large open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room downstairs with direct access to both the front sun terrace and rear pool area. There is also a shower room and WC downstairs. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and french windows to the private sun terrace, plus two further twin rooms which share a further bathroom. From one of the twin rooms there is access to a small terrace with spiral stairs leading to the impressive roof terrace which offers wonderful views of the mountains and coastline. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, private pool (5.95m x 2.9m and 1.25 - 1.4 m depth) barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ... Nerja Paradise Rentals is a family run business operating privately owned properties in and around Nerja. We had met the girls in the office for Nerja Parsdise Rentals prior to our stay as well as during and they couldn't have been any nicer. We were staying in the Villa while in Nerja to get married and on our arrival we were greeted by a lovely welcome package including cava! We couldn't recommend the villa any more or the team at Nerja Paradise Rentals who were superb to deal with. Great value, great setting and a superb villa. There was a few little welcome bits left which were a lovely touch but no bottled water - which is a must I feel. Especially as we arrived so late at night. The photos of the Villa do not so it justice, it is much bigger and brighter. We had everything we needed, a nice home from home feeling. We made use of the pool, which was cleaned regularly. We liked that there was also plenty of shade as it was extremely hot when we were there. The pool is overlooked by apartments at the back but this did not bother us. We also liked the terrace at the front of the villa for a morning coffee in the sun or to escape to the shade in the afternoon. The location of the villa was perfect, a 5-10 minute walk to birrianna beach and 10-15 minutes to the balcon. All the necessary appliances available. Beautiful views from spacious terraces. Lovely pool area ,pool maintained regularly during stay too. Excellent communications leading up to our visit, very friendly staff. Large common living space for our party of five, lots of closet and storage place. We loved being close to Burriana beach. Coat hooks by the front door, full length mirror, mirror in each bedroom, make beach chairs available for renters to use, keep kitchen equipment and supplies up-to-date (we had to buy our own potato peelers, teapot and knives). There were four adults in our group and the villa is comfortably large enough to accommodate 4 people and 6 if you are a larger party. Very well equipped, and situated about a 5-10 mins walk from Burriana beach (steep hill down to and back up if less able bodied, but fine for us) and a 15-20 walk to Balcon de Europa area and the older part of town which as loads of choice of bars and restaurants.Communication with the property managers was superb, and after letting them know that we would be arriving around lunchtime (check in being 1600) they agreed that we could drop our bags off. We arrived to find that the villa had already been cleaned, and were able to settle in early and make the most of our first day in Nerja. There was also a bottle of water and a bottle of wine left for us on arrival, which was also a nice touch.Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone visiting Nerja. ##### Lee S. We were impressed by the speed at which a few minor issues were resolved and the customer service from the company. We did have an issue with the online check in but you allowed us to check in on arrival. One issue I should have mentioned with the villa is that the steps to access the pool needed to be used with care as they have no rubber treads making entrance / exit slippery on the feet.
