Les Djettes: Beautiful chalet "Marella", 3 storeys, built in 2005 in 2023\. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre, in a quiet position on a slope, 100 m from the edge of the forest. Private: hot tub. In the house: ski boot dryer. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking, single garage. Dimension: height 190 cm width 230 cm. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.9 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 1.3 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1.8 km, railway station "Gare de Sion" 18 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.3 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 1.2 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, sled run 1.3 km, ice rink 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Pra Da Dzeu 50 m, Bisse Vieux 900 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).  
"Marella", 5-room chalet 145 m2 on 3 levels, north facing position. Partly renovated in 2023, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Small lounge with TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace, west facing position. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, cooking island, fondue Set (cheese)). On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Upper floor: 1 room, without wardrobe with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), garage (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only.
