The residence is ideally situated near the cable car, shops, and leisure facilities, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment features an open kitchen fully equipped with a fridge, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. The layout includes a living room with a double sofa bed (2x 80x200), two bedrooms with two single beds each (90x200), and two bathrooms with showers and toilets, ensuring ample space and convenience for your group. Located in the modern Pracondu residence, you'll have access to a sauna (extra charge), laundry facilities (also at an extra charge), and a ski room. Parking is available, with one outdoor space subject to availability, and pets are welcome, making it a perfect choice for families or groups.
