Location makes it easy for early morning walks to Dutchies beach or the marina area for dinner. We loved the birdlife. The eagle amazed my daughter. The apartment was fitted out with everything we needed. Although the bbq could use a cleanup so we didnt take advantage of a bbq on the balcony. I would advertise the split level for anyone with mobility problems but ease of access to the apartment was great. Choice of 2 parking spaces was a plus. 1 being a lockup garage.
