Overlooking both the parkland and the sparkling bay, protected balcony all year around with electric BBQ. Living area and both bedrooms have ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and renovated bathroom with 2 toilets available. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and single lock up garage. Sailfish is a lovely small block located only minutes walk into town and it offers a lovely outlook, sit back and enjoy the water views, listen to the bird life in the park, realx and enjoy your holiday, it couldnt get any better than this. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Bed + Ceiling Fan Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service.
