Compared to the other units in the building this apartment needs a refresh. Kitchen is tiny and no where to store dry foods, dvd player had no remote, exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, sofa bed when folded out had food crumbs all over it and mattress was very thin, could feel every bar.
