This lovely villa is located 600m (10 min walk) from Mikri Vigla beach, one of the best beaches in Greece. This Villa offers the convenience of being accessible to some of the finest beaches in Europe, whilst retaining a level of privacy and tranquility. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The middle level consists of an open plan fully fitted kitchen/dining and living area with 40in smart TV, wireless internet, leading on to a huge terrace with fantastic views across the Aegean sea and neighbouring islands. On the first floor is a double bedroom with double bed and 1 single futon, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and double doors leading out to a large terrace with table and chairs for 6 people, gardens, and a great private outdoor shower. On the top floor is a double bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, mosquito nets and a large terrace with amazing views. Downstairs there is a large bedroom with 1 double futon and 1 single futon, bunk beds, air conditioning and a shower room. There is also private off street parking.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.
