Stunning Beach Views of Gulf-14th Floor-Dog friendly-See the longest pier in FL!

Located on the Florida Panhandle, this condominium on Navarre Beach provides less crowds than the popular nearby Destin while still boasting white quartz sand and spectacular beach views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 14-th floor corner condo has a wrap around south and west facing patio, abundant natural light, ten-foot high ceilings, crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, and a separate wine/beverage cooler and wet bar. The beach was newly replenished this summer and is twice as wide as last year! We normally book from Saturday to Saturday but we are open to inquiries for alternate days. Monthly rentals are also available.

Wake up to the gorgeous gulf view from the owner's suite, equipped with double sinks, walk-in-closet, separate shower and soaking tub and has it's own entrance to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The north bedroom also has it's own balcony which overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound, bathroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer.

The building includes amenities containing a workout area, game room, one heated pool, one regular pool and a hot tub. There are pet friendly bags and trash cans as well as a separate area for outdoor grilling and smoking.

The owner purchases a seasonal chair service which supplies two chairs and one umbrella during the day from March to November. Additional chairs can be rented on the beach. Enjoy the beach life at the premier location in Navarre Beach at The Pearl Condominiums.

Absolutely loved our recent stay at this condo on Navarre Beach! Having visited seven times, we can confidently say this was our best experience yet. The views were breathtaking, and the beach access was super convenient. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, had comfy beds, was immaculately clean, and had all the amenities we could ask.If you’re looking for a slice of paradise, this condo is the way to go! This condo 1406 was wonderful! It was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was a perfect location! The huge balcony was awesome and big enough for all of us to set comfortably and enjoy our morning coffee from balcony. This condo was stocked better than any place we’ve stayed! It had everything we needed to cook all week! It was even stocked with spices and laundry supplies! The pool area was fantastic! We loved it! We will definitely rent this property in the future when our family decides on a trip back to Navarre! Fabulous condo. We loved everything about this condo!

We loved every second of our stay in the unit! The proximity to the beach with complimentary beach service, beach towels and a closet full of toys eliminates some extra baggage! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean and spacious so everyone could enjoy quiet time on their own. The oversized balcony plus a secondary private balcony made for wonderful early morning coffee/work sessions and dolphin watching! We loved the designated pets spaces for our fur babies as well! Our family gives y’all a 10/10 and plan to visit again!

Family Vacation 2025

We have stayed at 6 units in 4 different buildings in Navarre and this one was by far our favorite! The unit is huge, plenty of space to spread out. We had 2 couples, 2 teenagers and 2 weeiner dogs and everyone was very pleased. The amount of storage space was a great surprise! The unit was spotless, as well as the building, elevators and pool. Amazing view from the 14th floor. Loved that all the doors and gates were key padded so no need to carry keys. Internet worked great, large capacity washer and dryer, super comfy beds and HUGE bathrooms. Not a single complaint - will be return guests for sure!

Fantastic condo

We’ve stayed with Josh before and it is always great. The new updates to the condo are very nice and made the stay even better. I truly appreciate all the thoughtfulness that was put into stocking the condo with some basic necessities. Even though Navarre was very busy for July 4th, we had a great visit and can’t wait to return.

The unit was stunning and had the most incredible view. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies/cookware - we always cook a huge breakfast before heading to the water each day. Washer & dryer worked great and there were plenty of towels for our large crew. We loved the balcony with plenty of seating. Everything was clean & well maintained. No details were left out. The property management was easy to communicate with & the check-out instructions were simple. Our kiddo loved the pools on the property and we all appreciated the easy access to the beach.

Great place. Plenty of room for everyone and the mother-in-law had her own little suite. High enough up to have a wonderful view, saw all kinds of Ma wildlife, manta rays, sharks, and I think some sort of Whale. Great trip

Great condo

Enjoyed everything. The wind was a little high but the weather was not up to you. We loved it. The hot tub was out of order, but I enjoyed the Jacuzzi everyday.

Fantastic condo

We had such a wonderful time. The condo is amazing, clean, comfortable and spacious. It’s probably the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The views from both balconies is the best you could ask for and Joe, the host, is so helpful. You can’t ask for more than what this condo has to offer. Staying in paradise

Loved the space, probably a little too big for us, but loved it. Televisions were a little hard to figure out, but that is probably us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. Freezer door is sticking, so may want to fix that as people will fail to close it all the way. Otherwise would recommend to anyone who loves Navarre like we do! Also loved that it was pet friendly.
