This exquisite end-unit townhome has been completely painted and decorator-furnished.

The spacious open concept layout is perfect for your entire group to be together comfortably. Windows on 3 sides allow for Gulf and Sound views from the entire main floor. A desk, a half bath, and a laundry room are also located on this floor for your convenience.

The wall of sliders opens up to a large Gulf front deck with new furniture. A private dune cross-over allows you to easily bring your beach gear to the sand and set up for your stay.

The kitchen will delight multiple chefs. High-end cabinetry, granite countertops, SS appliances, and every appliance and gadget you will need to cook up elaborate meals or simple snacks will be at your fingertips. There is a large dining table seating 8 and 4 stools at the adjacent counter.

One flight up is the large king primary bedroom. Wake up to the breathtaking emerald green waters and watch the birds soar by from your private Gulf front balcony. The beautifully laid out en suite bath has a granite countertop with dual sinks, a private water closet, and a large tiled walk-in shower.
Down the hall is another king bedroom with a set of bunk beds and another en suite bathroom.

Once you pass through the lovely entryway on the ground level, you will come to a large private bedroom with a Gulf front slider out to another patio with a gas grill.
This room has a king bed, a large flat screen TV, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Wake up to a beautiful Gulf view from this bedroom!
A little jewel of another completely private bedroom with a set of bunk beds (twin on top and full on the bottom) and a large flat screen TV is also here behind French doors, with accessibility to the third full bathroom.

Parking for 4 cars directly in front of the unit.

This is a non-pet-friendly home; smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and no events are permitted.

Absolutely loved this place! Beautifully decorated and clean. Bedroom set up downstairs was a little weird because bedrooms 3&4 were connected with a glass door between, but other than that it was perfect. The hosts were super communicative and we had everything bff we needed. We definitely plan to stay there again!

Not quite everything we expect

It’s a perfect location. The house had a few issues. No internet all 4 days.reported but not addressed. Water in light switch this was fixed. Lights on upstairs balcony wouldn’t shut off we had to remove bulbs. Fan didn’t work upstairs. I’ve never rented in Florida but literally not even salt and pepper. More limited kitchen wares than I’m used to at this level of property. We did contact them about the water it the switch and it was fixed after two visits. We decided to live with the rest because we didn’t want maintenance visits all weekend. Also the 9am check out. It was so hard to get 12 people up and out by 9. We did ask for a later checkout but it was firm, though they had said before our arrival that it would depend. Just be aware.

We had a wonderful time at Seabatical! Our family group is 11 and we had the perfect amount of space and layout for us to spread out! There was everything we needed in the kitchen and this unit has beautiful furnishings. So easy to just use the walkway to the beach which is gorgeous! The location is perfect and close to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops and the causeway to get over to Navarre. Also, other tenants had left some beach items which we used and was so helpful with 6 kids! This was our first family vacation together and staying at Seabatical helped make it even more memorable!

The townhouse was great!! Furnished with everything we needed. The house was clean and relaxing. The back decks look out onto the beach. Bring baby gates if you have children you want to keep off the stairs. The boardwalk is shared by the other 3 houses but is not a problem. The boardwalk takes you straight to the sand. You do have steps to go down to the sand, so you will need 2 people to carry things like wagons. Navarre is a very active beach for shelling in the morning and crab hunting at night. The week we were there, was a double red flag. No swimming due to rip tides. It was very windy so putting up canopies was a struggle. Bring extra long stakes and rope to tie down. Bring indoor family games if the kids get bored with the beach. The location of this property is far enough away from the condo towers that the beach area was not crowded. It is next to a public access entrance but it was not a problem. We loved this house and hope to come back someday!!

Water and weather was the best it’s been in years. Condo was really nice. This was our second, maybe third time staying there. There was one change from previous stay. There is no pantry anymore, it’s been changed to a locked owners closet so not really any place to store groceries. Still a great place to stay, but we did miss the pantry.

Best place so far!

This has been one of the best places I have rented. They had everything I needed! The view is amazing. Communication was fast and easy. The location was not crazy busy. It was peaceful and calm. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to the grocery store. I would definitely come here again! A beautiful home away from home.

Perfect for families with older kiddos

This home was perfect for our 2 families! We had 12 people in our group. The layout of this home was great for the older children having the lower floor all to themselves. While the little ones were quietly tucked away on the top floor. We all enjoyed how spacious the main floor was for eating and hanging out…when we weren’t on the beach. Staying at a beachfront home was a must but the master shower was an unexpected bonus! It was NIIIICE!!! Especially after a long day at the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Navarre!
