The condo was a quick (3-5 min) walk from rental to boardwalk to shore. It was stocked with beach towels and chairs, so we were good to go. A previous review stated that none of the umbrellas worked so we brought our own—don’t know if this is still the case and didn’t check their umbrella supply. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked for family needs. We enjoyed the back deck, we’re we had a partial view of bay, and we appreciated the shade cover located on that deck.
