This listing is for the 3rd floor apartment - 928 sf of indoor living space Across from community pool, 3 min walk from Gulf Coast Beach & calm private Sound Beach. This newly renovated spot is head & shoulders above all others when it comes to affordable quality accommodations for families & groups seeking to relax & create memories together. Breathe-easy Beach experience awaits! If you need anything, we're just a phone call away (check out 3000+ 5-star reviews). We are more than happy to answer questions or offer help if you need it. Just message or call and we'll either send someone by or handle any concerns personally. We love our neighborhood filled with Caribbean-style homes each unique with it's own flavor. The house is a 3-minute walk from the Gulf and about 3 minutes in the opposite direction from a private beach along the Santa Rosa Sound. You’re on a quiet no-outlet circular street that is ideal for kids to ride their bikes or walk your pet. All of the 3rd floor of the house and top deck is yours except a couple of owners’ and housekeeping closets that will be locked. The driveway & garage on the left is yours to park. Other parts of the house are off limits. All of your space is private and inaccessible from other guests. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths including \*1 primary bedroom with king bed & ensuite bathroom \*1 smaller bedroom with queen and bathroom in the hall \*Foldup bed & futon also available (the futon is not very comfortable!) \*1 pack-n-play crib with crib sheet provided \*Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, & toaster oven \*One Gulf-facing sun deck with view and outdoor eating space \*No Washer & Dryer \*Parking for 1 vehicle in driveway \*Owner’s family or other guests may be staying downstairs during your stay. Your place is completely private & inaccessible from others and though the house is well-insulated you may hear sounds as you would with neighbors in an apartment complex, townhome, or condo We enjoy staying at the house and walking to the beach most of the time while we're in Navarre. It's about 5 minute across the bridge into town (when there is no traffic) where you can find groceries, a Walmart, and plenty of restaurants (see our recommendations). Bigger towns like Fort Walton Beach and Gulf Breeze are about 20 minutes away. Unlike other rentals we provide enough trashbags, toilet paper, and paper towels for the duration of your stay. We also provide a beach towel in addition to bath towels for each of your guests! Early check-ins and late check-outs can usually be accommodated with 24 hours notice with a $75 fee when we do not have a same-day check-in or check-out. If this has not been arranged and guests are not completely checked out when our housekeepers arrive at 10:00, $75 will be charged and $50/hour after. Hurricane season is June 1 through November 30 with the peak in September to early October. If our place is damaged due to a storm and we are unable to host you, of course we will fully refund your cost and let you know as soon as we know. If you make the tough decision to cancel your beach trip due to a potential storm or inclimate weather we can provide a refund of the cleaning fee but the reservation cost will be your responsibility. Some guests have purchased travel insurance through their insurance company to cover the reservation cost in case of inclement weather. The following does NOT apply to reservations made on Airbnb (who has their own vetting & resolution process). For all other booking platforms, guests are required to complete our pre-arrival process including a photo of a valid ID, signing our rental conditions, and submitting a valid credit or debit card to be pre-approved for a security deposit (card will not be charged just authorized in case of damage or rule violation). Gorgeous, everything absolutely top-notch from the highest-quality towels, extremely comfortable bed, easy check-in and beautiful view from up high of the ocean, palm trees, and sky. All our needs were met. It was immaculately clean. The view of the moon, stars, and ocean at night from the deck was incredible. The location was extremely nice-. Beach was right across the street! And walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. i would highy recommend this gem!
