Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome on beautiful Navarre Beach, overlooking the tranquil waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. Inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept layout where the kitchen seamlessly flows into the living room, creating a welcoming space for gatherings and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. This includes a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig for maximum convenience. It also has a waffle maker, blender, food processor, Yonana, and a crepe pan.
The master bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, providing a peaceful haven for restful nights. The guest bedroom features a versatile queen-over-queen bunk bed along with an additional queen bed, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. All TV's are Smart TV's for everyone's enjoyment.
Step outside onto the deck and soak in the breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Sound, where you can savor your morning coffee or enjoy alfresco dining with loved ones. This property also offers a Green Egg and Gas grill for those days when only grilling out will do.
Enjoy a day on the water with the paddleboard or take a bike ride on the 2 adult bicycles provided. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the emerald green waters and sugar white sands, you'll have easy access to everything Navarre Beach has to offer. Plus, we welcome your four-legged family members to join in on the fun (pet fee required / 2 pet maximum).
The garage has plenty of extras too like an extra refrigerator, TV, dart board, cornhole game, a beach wagon, and 2 beach chairs!
