Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. Guest Access: You will have 100% access to the entire home. The Neighborhood: Walkable to amazing eats at One City, only 1 mile to the restaurants and shops of West End and Centennial Park. Plus just a 3 minute Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown! Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are easily accessible from this home! Check-in and out was smooth, plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The roof top was nice in the evening and early morning. We didn't use much in the kitchen, the coffee pot is a regular drip coffee pot. The biggest issue overall was the cleanliness of the house. When we needed to wipe up spills, the wash cloth would be black. There was evidence that linens were not changed between guests. When I let management know that the unit hadn't been properly cleaned in a while, they offered to send someone over to clean it. Although my stay was manageable, I was very disappointed! - I felt the house was not cleaned at all. - I had to constantly fight gnats everywhere (Bedroom/ Bathroom and especially the Kitchen) And why so many insect/rodent traps visible?! - I tripped on the metal part of the downstairs bedroom door as I entered from the garage. - The house was not stocked with essentials, which compared to other VRBOs. - The garage was filthy. (See pic below) - The rooftop view was beautiful but was not private at all! Also, it was a little wobbly. My guests and I tripped several times. - Thankfully I had other bathrooms (Stand up shower) to chose from because the bathtubs had “little critters/bugs” in them. - The air vent on the second floor came down on one of my guests.
