About this property
Eras-themed Nashville house with rooftop hot tub, sleeps 12
Summary:
Nash Era turns four floors into four Taylor Swift eras for your next Nashville group trip, booked right here on VRBO. This festival-season favorite pairs a rooftop hot tub with a neon-lit Green Room, perfect for family reunions, bachelorette weekends, and Swiftie friend trips alike.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 15 beds
• 4 bathrooms
• Rooftop hot tub
• Green Room with ping pong table and bar
• Built-in makeup bar with Hollywood-style lighting

The Space:
Four floors, four eras: Nash Era turns Taylor Swift's catalog into wallpaper, vanity lights, and neon signs that greet your group on every level. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a multi-family trip or a bigger friend group can spread out without anyone waiting in line before heading downtown.
The open-concept kitchen and living room keep everyone together between floors, with a 'Taylor can't come to the phone right now' neon sign glowing over the dining table and a 'FEARLESS' sign lighting up the main living space. It's an easy spot for a group breakfast before a day out or a wind-down after one. The standout is the rooftop hot tub, where the whole group can soak together after a day downtown.
The Green Room pulls its own crowd downstairs with ping pong, a bar, and a photo-op corner, while a top-floor movie theater gives families and kids a quieter space once the lights go down.
Spend the day exploring Nashville, soak in the rooftop hot tub as evening settles in, head down for a ping pong tournament and neon-lit photos in the Green Room, then split off to the themed bedrooms or the movie theater to recharge. Book this VRBO stay for a multi-family reunion, a bachelorette weekend, or a Swiftie friend trip chasing Nashville's music scene together.

This house is absolutely amazing. We went for my birthday and although we got the house because of the hot tub and roof top the Taylor swift theme was a dream come true. Not far from down town, ubered every where for pretty cheap. Had all the amenities. Check out the farmers market, you won’t regret it!
Beautiful place! The view is amazing. Especially at night. Beds are very comfortable. It’s about a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again.
Host was very responsive. Very smooth check-in. Immediate location of the house is a decent neighborhood but a couple streets over is not a good area. Felt safe the whole time we were there. Great location. Within 15 minute drive to Grand Ole Opry. Short uber ride to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
We looked forward to our trip to Nashville. However, our reservation was canceled 3 days prior to our arrival after the host removed the listing from VRBO. I would not recommend this host.
My stay at this VRBO property was absolutely great! The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was comfortable and welcoming. The host was responsive and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The only issue would’ve been the property needing a backup generator as the power went out temporarily due to the weather.
Would definitely recommend to anyone! It has so much room if you have little kids or want to take a family trip it is amazing! The host was extremely communicative can’t wait to stay again!!
