This was a great house and helped make the experience enjoyable. Just as advertised. House was only 10 minutes away from Broadway and also close to the airport. Marissa was a very kind and accommodating host and was also quick to respond whenever needed. Would definitely come back again!

The property is very nice, and the host is fantastic! I would say it was a perfect place, but there are a few drawbacks, there are 3 flights of stairs and wow they are a walk, the only room with a king is one of the guest rooms on the 3rd floor, the other room with 2 queen beds is also on this 3rd floor. The room with the 6 bunks and 2 singles is on the second floor and it is attached to the big bathroom with the walkin closet, it is also the only bedroom with a tv in it(which is a factor for me). Overall, I gave this property a 5 star rating because it is cute but mostly because of how sweet and helpful the host is, otherwise Id give it a 4. This is a perfect property for a big group who is in town for a bachelorette.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We were in town for cmafest 2025 and stayed for 9 days. The place was very clean, well appointed and had plenty of room for more than the 4 of us. Marissa was very responsive, usually within 5 minutes, to my questions and was immediately available when we found ourselves locked out. All the appliances worked, ac was plenty cold and location was a quick ride downtown. The home looked just like the photos in the listing. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags were all supplied. Didn’t need anything other than to unpack our suitcases. Would definitely consider staying again if we get back to Nashville. Thank you for everything Marissa!

1000% Would Stay Again!!

Marissa was absolutely the BEST host I genuinely think I've ever had for a Vrbo. She was consistently responsive and even eased our mind about some things both in advance and after check-out, too!! Us girls all noted that we'd book with her again when we're back in Nashville. Would recommend 10000 times over!!

10/10 Stay and Host!

Do not hesitate to book this place! The house was spacious, the beds were heavenly, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the outdoor area was perfect for sitting and drinking mimosas in the morning or having a fire at night! Marissa recently hosted our large group of girls here for our friend’s bachelorette trip- it was a short 10 minute Uber to Broadway! I have absolutely zero complaints about our stay here, and to put the cherry on top, Marissa was beyond responsive and helpful with accommodations. I swear, Marissa replied to my messages quicker than any boyfriend I’ve ever had (lol). 10/10 house, location, and host!

Marissa was so accommodating and quick the respond to any questions I had. The property was clean and comfortable. My group and I had a lot of fun pregaming there during the day, and it was a good proximity to Broadway. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
