Amazing views of downtown Nashville and River! Featuring 4 large bedrooms with 5 comfy beds (3 are King!) & 4 full baths & a fully stocked chefs kitchen. Open floor plan, this is the perfect place for entertaining large groups! Catch a tan, relax, or play corn hole on the rooftop! Super quick Uber/Lyft ride to Downtown/Broadway/Top Golf/East! Perfect for a bachelor/bachelorette party or on a family vacation. The Space: The home is almost 3k square feet and features a 2 car garage, 4 large bedrooms, 4 full baths and an amazing 750 sq ft. rooftop patio. Bedroom #1 is on the bottom level of the home and features a king size bed. Bedroom #2 is on the second floor off of main living area and features a queen over queen bunk beds. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 are both on the 3rd floor and both feature king sized beds w/ ensuite baths. The rooftop deck is on the 4th floor of the home and has a large dining table and kitchenette -soak up the amazing views! \- Smart TV's with access to your accounts. \- We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account. \- Fully stocked chefs kitchen. \- Keurig coffee maker and Starbucks coffee provided. \- Huge rooftop deck with games provided. \- 2 car garage available for guest use. \- NO SMOKING ($500 fine) \- No Parties/Loud Music \- No unregistered guests on property. \- Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. \*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. A lot of the issues were caused by the owners and property management falsely trying to charge erroneous fees for pet hair on the property. Imagine showing pictures of a vacuum with pet hair in it to support charging fees, after cleaning a property that allows dogs. But, that was not the only issue. The location of the unit is not a very nice or desirable area. There is also very minimal parking, with cars parking everywhere , leaving it nearly impossible to exit the property. There are also various trash cans that are left outside and it is evident that they are rarely collected as the smell and leaking of fluids throughout the driveways. They say that the property has quiet hours, but that is untrue. The walls are very thin, and there were loud parties going into the morning. The front lock had a battery that was dead, which made the front door inaccessible for some of the trip. Overall, a very underwhelming property. ##### Samuel L. This was a family gathering for our daughter's wedding. The property had plenty of space and was equipped with all the essentials and beyond what we needed for the long weekend. Bedrooms with ensuites and full privacy. Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, blender, coffee maker and oversized appliances for any entertainment need you might have. Generous living spaces with plenty of room to be included with the group or just grab a spot with a few people. TVs in every bedroom and oversized screens in the shared spaces. The two-car garage accommodates even the larger-sized SUVs. The best for last: the rooftop size, seating options, closely-located half-bath and most importantly - the city view - were perfect when we hosted both families and easily accommodated 17 people with plenty of room to spare. Located about 10 minutes from freeway access and a quick, affordable Uber ride to downtown. Not in a walkable area but grocery and some dining options nearby. Communication with the host was effortless and responsive. We've stayed in many Nashville properties and this one was our favorite. One thing to consider: there are many stairs which may make all levels difficult to access for some. But it was perfect for us and we look forward to coming back again soon! ##### lisa m.
