Seven of us stayed at the property and we all agreed it was FANTASTIC!! It was super spacious and very comfortable! Roof top area is outstanding! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping (Gulch) and about a 5 minute Uber to the downtown area (Broadway) Would highly recommend!

This was a great 4 bedroom unit with a rooftop deck a big kitchen with a large dining table as well as plenty of space for everyone in the living room. The decor was modern and nice. If I were to make two suggestions, it would be to 1\. offer more bedrooms with larger beds. There is room. 2\. Also, the floating stairs were warped and a bit tricky to navigate. I'd replace the stair treads.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was a perfect place for my friends and I while we celebrated a bachelor party! The home was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly clean. The location was great as well because it was just a quick Uber or scooter ride to many different Nashville locations like Broadway and music row but the neighborhood that the home is in itself is quiet, which is much needed after all the excitement the city provides. The rental came with complimentary wine which was also a very welcomed gift. The entire rental process was smooth and all the workers I talked to were professional and helpful the whole time. When we decide to return to Nashville, we will definitely look to find another Playlist Property to stay in!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, but it would only comfortably sleep 8-9 guests, not 12 advertised. The actual beds in the bedrooms were comfortable but the couch bed and rollaway were in bad condition with super thin and stained mattresses. All the walls in the house needed repainted as there were a million scuff marks on almost every wall. The house was mainly clean but there were some areas under tables on the 2nd floor that didnt get swept, so there were crumbs left behind. It was in great walking distance of the Gulch, but a bit of a hike to get to Broadway, we did not go towards Music Row as we were there for CMA Fest.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hawkins View truly is in a great location. Easy walk to the Gulch and Music Row. Easy drive or uber to everything else. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, we felt safe and at home. Check in and check out were a breeze.The property was sufficiently clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pot & pans, and thanks for coffee! It would have been nice to have some pantry staples like spray oil, zip lock bags, foil, plastic wrap. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of pillows, linens and towels. There's good privacy and the bedrooms are quiet.The property is starting to show wear, it could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Grout in the showers needs attention. Floors would benefit from thorough cleaning and finishing. All of the light bulbs were burnt out in the dining room chandelier. The ceiling fan fixture in the lower suite flickers and the ceiling fan in the living room makes a clacking noise from being out of balance. A few of the chairs in the living room and dining room have torn upholstery. The fireplace didn't work. The grill (which we had planned to use after a trip to the farmers market) was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, broken, not safe, unusable. If you're going to advertise fireplaces and grills they need to be functional.

The property wasn't the best quality - scuffed walls, broken chair in living room, but the towels/bedding were clean. Rooftop hangout was fun! Would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this property for a fun winter weekend in Nashville with 10 people. Rooms and beds were great. Kitchen was awesome to hang out at the island. Having access to the garage was great with the cold weather. Its a beautiful place. The living room could use a little better seating for the number of people and a sectional would even provide sleeping space for a couple people. But everything was great here.

#### August 2023 Stay
Great location. Nice neighborhood. Felt very safe and comfortable walking, which we did every day. The Gulch bar and restaurant area was about a 10 minute walk and about 25 minutes to main Broadway area. Closest grocery store is an organic (and expensive) one - about a 10 minute walk. Mainstream grocery store was about an 8 minute Uber ride. Property management was very good to deal with and always responded to messages and questions. Property itself was very spacious for our group of 8\. It is a great place to come back to. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for a wind down after an evening out. Our only suggestion for the management group is that the living room furniture and definitely the rooftop deck furniture are not over comfortable. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
