The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus our dogs. It was a great location. Close to the airport, downtown, the farmers market and Nissan Stadium.
Communication with the host was amazing! They answered in a timely manner and addressed small issues that occured during our stay promptly! The neighborhood was so close to downtown and other various sites that it was easy to drive ourselves and take decent priced uber rides as well. Overall, the house was clean and provided the basics needed for all the amenities provided.
Great place to stay if you have a group or larger family and want to go to Broadway. Our group had 8 people and we slept comfortably. The host was responsive and checked in often to make sure that everything was perfect!
The photo of the house is the back entrance, so we were a little confused when we arrived at the front. The house was perfect for 4. The beds were very comfortable, which is extremely important to me when booking! No complaints, except i wish it had the basics like, salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil for making breakfast in the morning. The area was not to loud and even though we had a car, we took an uber to most places within the city. Very enjoyable stay!
I visited Nashville with my parents and we had an amazing time! The backyard of the property was great and plenty of space for two dogs. The location is also great - you can get to downtown easily. I would stay here again!!
This house is in excellent condition. Very modern and attractive including kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Secure garage access and fully enclosed (per safe) back yard are big positives. Will stay here again.
Check in and check out was a breeze. House was what we needed close in proximity to downtown and broadway. Good space for everyone to hang out on quieter parts of the day.
Perfect spot! Spacious and a quick drive to downtown. Farmers market 4 min away was a nice surprise. Nothing within walking distance, but not a problem having a car. Awesome fenced in yard for our dogs. We would stay at this property again! Only issue was one of the beds in the Master. It was soooo high off the ground and kinda unstable/wobly. Didn’t use it unfortunately Overall a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and plenty of room. We didn’t use the backyard since it was cold with snow but this would be a huge bonus in the warmer months. Check in and check out was easy. The washer wasn’t working and they sent someone out within a few hours and was fixed. Great kitchen and two living areas was nice. The coffee bar area was a huge hit for my husband and son. We will try to get this place again when we come to Nashville again!
It is in great location. Easy walk: Bicentennial Park, Indoor/Outdoor Farmers Market, and Area Parks. Moderate Walk: Broadway and Parthenon. We usually walked 1 way and Uber the other. We had a car, but cheaper to Uber than pay for parking. The house is furnished nicely. The kitchen equipment was perfect for easy meals. We would stay there again.
This was a large house with a great outdoor space. The cooling/ac was a little wonky and there were some minor issues that never really got fixed (there were no outdoor trash bins), but can’t really complain for what we needed the house for.
This property is ideal for a family or friends visiting Nashville — especially with a dog. The fenced-in back yard gives pups a great place to get their Zoomies out. And the two car parking garage adds to the overall value of this updated, modern interior, 3-bedroom house. (Parking downtown is expensive.) The location is incredibly close and convenient to Broadway, restaurants, etc. Management is extremely responsive and courteous. My only hesitation in recommending this place so highly is that I’m afraid it’s going to keep getting more popular and I won’t be able to book it. But seriously, if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing place, this is it.
We stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert on May 2nd and this was a great location to do that. Just far enough out of the tourist areas but close enough to enjoy and a great view of the city. Could not find trash cans but I believe that is an ongoing issue. Property management was easy to communicate with. Will stay again when we come back.
The place was clean, good communication/responsive. We were initially concerned about the key lock and had some issues with it but once you figure out how to properly use it, it was fine. Suggest better key lock instructions. Overall, would stay again and had a positive experience
We were looking for a stay near downtown that could accommodate the sleeping arrangements we needed and offered room to spread out. The property fit the bill. It is well maintained and nicely decorated. We greatly appreciated the coffee/tea amenities and well-equipped kitchen, access to wi-fi, and security provided by the carport. A note to those who are not very agile -- while the two queen beds in the largest bedroom are very comfortable, they are at a floor height that can be challenging to get in/out of. Given the location’s proximity to the freeway, one might want to have earplugs if not accustomed to sleeping with the backdrop of freeway noise throughout the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others with similar criteria for meeting their lodging needs in the Nashville area.
Wonderful Nashville Property-just a short drive from downtown
Loved this roomy property for our family’s trip to Nashville. Very secure with access to parking garage in rear of property. Everything we wanted to visit was just a short drive away. Found a wonderful diner, Elliston Place Soda Shop. My grandson said it’s his new favorite place to eat. We were close to the Nashville Zoo. It was great to visit. Very shaded and enjoyed it during our hot July visit. Property was as described. We loved it.
Overall it’s a great property! Check in was super easy and the company was easy to work with when renting for our stay. The home was spacious and cozy.
We had a few mishaps with the bedding not being properly cleaned( human hair found in sheets), the garage being inaccessible even after calling the company for service and ice build up along the stairs and the trash being full upon arrival.
Even with the mishaps we would rent again.
The property was beautiful inside. Very clean and remolded. However, we were disappointed with the proximity of the neighborhood to the Nashville sights. There was a broken mirror in the 2nd bedroom, not sure why it was not removed. Also- a lot of garbage in the carport- 4 full cans and we felt responsible to put it out- although none of it was ours! House was comfortable. Location not great!
