It was amazing for all four couples to have large bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom. The property was within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. The only issue is that it was built very close to an active train line, which we knew going in. If noise is an issue I suggest bringing ear plugs. The home was new and loved that we each had our own bathroom. The rooftop was so fun to utilize each morning and night. We loved walking to the little brewery next door and the coffee shop across the street. To get to other fun neighborhoods in Nashville, we usually paid under $10 for a Lyft or Uber. It was nice being away from some of that chaos and it forced us to check out the cool area we stayed. The trains were loud, especially overnight on Thursday but both Friday and Saturday night, only a couple trains went by. Very spacious and clean. Even though your neighbours are close, we never heard any of them. It’s only a 10 minute Uber ride into the night life of Nashville. The only disadvantage is it’s right beside a train track and trains run through all day and night. If you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. There are many stairs to get to the various floors. It was a group of 6, 3 moms and 3 young adults. The set up of the house is great for a group this size, the kitchen has a huge island, the beds were super comfy, the rofftop was amazing and the house is located just a quick ride to downtown. The train is by the house but didn't bother us. This is not a house if you don't like to climb stairs, there are plenty of them. There were four king beds with bathrooms attached to each, there was a gorgeous outside area, it was very clean and offered all needed amenities. Beyond the property, the management was also amazing. Check in was very easy and they went above and beyond when we had to leave early due to a storm coming. Highly recommend. ##### Mandy M. The townhouse was exactly what we anticipated! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooftop deck was amazing.
