Beds were pretty comfortable. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe, with a mix of new and older homes. We liked that there was a coffee shop and bakery next door. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds too. Now for the cons: The layout of the home does not allow for a living room or spacious gathering room, and this is evident in the photos before you decide to rent. The one small couch in the living room was uncomfortable and had stains all over it. The heat/air unit is in a closet right by the master bedroom and it is extremely loud when it comes on. If you are a light sleeper, this may keep you up. There were some other cleanliness issues the host said would be addressed for the next guests, as well as a shower issue. Clean, well-appointed place. Very comfortable master bed and stylish bunks. Our only complaint was that for as many people as the condo sleeps, there just isn't enough common room for us to hang out together, except for on the rooftop patio, and of course it rained the whole time we were in town. And the only couch in the living area is really uncomfortable. If the common area was more comfortable, we would definitely stay again. ##### Elizabeth S.
