This beautiful 3 story home is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & 2 living areas (each one with a sleeper sofa). The home is professionally furnished & features luxury amenities, high end appliances & an amazing rooftop terrace with a 65" smart TV. The rooftop terrace also has a fireplace to add comfort to any chilly Nashville nights! It's the perfect place for morning coffee or to relax in the evening! There is definitely plenty of room for your whole group to relax & enjoy their own space. This home has an attached 2 car garage plus driveway parking. The space:
The house features 3 levels with bedrooms on the top 2 floors. So please note that this house has stairs, no elevator! This house has TWO spacious living areas- one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor which makes it perfect for large groups not looking to be cramped. The 3rd floor living room opens to an absolutely gorgeous rooftop deck complete with a 65" TV, lounging furniture, mural & fireplace!
There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed & a twin bed while the 3 other bedrooms all have queen beds. There are two couches that make into queen size beds! This makes a total of 7 beds. Plenty of room for everyone.

First of all, the place was great. Way bigger than the pictures seem and in the most convenient location. We did have a couple issues with Vrbo, but Chris was a great host and was very responsive so we could figure everything out. Would definitely book this again, and if not this place then definitely another one of Chris’s properties.
