Location was perfect for our stay in Nashville. Walking distance to Vanderbilt University. Lots of eateries and things to do nearby. Would Highly recommend.

#### Great Place, Location, and Price

Loved staying here. The location was quiet with amazing character. The check in and out process was seamless and communication through text was great. The only problem I noticed was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom which wasn’t great but not a make it or break it for us. Thank you so much for having us!

The historic building was beautiful. The only issue were the stairs. Definitely not for folks with bad knees.

#### Exactly what was advertised 

Overall everything was great. Couldn't get the fan to blow in the rooms so it got a little cold in the rooms. But wouldn't make me not come back. The place is nicely located to everything. I wish they would have text me the check out process. I don't check my emails everyday. So I didn't do any of the check out except put the parking pass back in the room.

#### Quick trip to Nash

The rooms/beds/linens were as expected and clean. The bathroom is very dated which also adds to the aura of the overall experience. The checkin process, parking, checkout were easy. We appreciated the location and secure parking lot. Management was very responsive to resolve a couple issues promptly.
