Newly renovated, this house blends a vintage charm with modern comfort. Each room reflects its storied past. Less than 1 mile walk to Main Street, it’s the perfect spot for family & friends to enjoy a fun, memorable stay in the heart of Franklin. About This Space For those seeking a true Franklin experience, you’ve found your spot. Originally a neighborhood grocery store in the 1940s, this unique property has served many roles over the years—from a cozy restaurant to a lively juke joint, and even a neighborhood biker bar in the 1980s. If only the walls could talk! Newly renovated, spanning approx 1,900 sq. ft., the home offers plenty of space to gather with friends and family, as well as quiet corners to relax and unwind. Each room blends vintage character with modern comfort, preserving the soul of its storied past while offering thoughtful touches to elevate your stay—whether you're here to work, relax, explore, or celebrate. Conveniently located less than 0.75 miles from historic downtown Franklin and just minutes from quaint boutiques, local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We're also a short drive to the Saturday morning Farmer's Market at Liberty Station and one of my favorite places, the world-renowned Southall Farm & Inn, known for its luxurious spa, dining experiences and the amazing farm to table gardens, etc. Enjoy historic sites that are near by, regular street fairs, monthly art crawls, boutique shopping, and southern hospitality in one of the best small towns in America. 🛏 The Space Main Level Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: King bed, private bath, and 45” TV Bedroom 2: Queen bed, writing desk, and 45” TV Bedroom 3: Twin day bed + full-size desk with printer Family Room 65” TV Comfortable Anabei sofa (seats 3–4) Additional chair seating in the family for your whole group to relax and gather Dining Area Large dining table that seats 10 people comfortably—perfect for meals, games, and good conversation Kitchen & Coffee Bar Stocked with Caraway cookware and all essential cooking/baking tools Breakfast island ideal for food prep and seats 2 comfortably Small appliances (crock pot, blender, serving trays, etc.) available and displayed for use and decor Freezer does not have an auto ice maker, but ice trays are provided Red Yeti cooler available for ice storage (please keep within property limits) Coffee station includes Keurig, drip coffee maker, and bean grinder Other Amenities Full-size stackable washer/dryer Second bathroom with dual sinks Bathroom Essentials Provided: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath and face towels 5 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Extras for Fun & Relaxation: Guitar & ukulele (feel free to play!) If your group exceeds 5 and you’d like access to the converted attic space, please message us before booking. The upstairs has its own AC, though it can be warm in summer months—fans are provided for comfort. Also note, we do have security camera's on the outside of property for safety. Camera's are not point to the areas of gathering on the back patio or inside the house.
