Villa Donnamaria - Salento - Apulia

Villa Donnamaria is a villa built in 1906, situated in an ancient olive grove just a few minutes from the centre of Nardò. It consists of a large living room with a barrel vaulted ceiling, which leads into the kitchen located in a separate room, as well as a bathroom and two bedrooms. The central living room opens onto a large, furnished wooden porch. The villa is fully fenced and surrounded by olive groves and farmland, making it a very quiet location. The double bedrooms are well-furnished and can accommodate an extra bed; the floors are made of handmade Salento cement tiles. There are other outdoor living areas with stone and solid wood flooring, also furnished with garden furniture. You can cook and dine outdoors; in fact, barbecues, refrigerators, and a chest freezer are at your disposal. The area is very breezy even in summer, especially in the evening when temperatures change. Pets are allowed as long as they do not disturb other guests.
