Welcome to Toledo Skyview, a spacious and elegant penthouse located right on Via Toledo, in the heart of Naples. From the large windows, you can admire a stunning panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The apartment features spacious, bright, and comfortable rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and sleeps 6: ideal for families and groups who want to experience Naples in complete comfort, with the main attractions within easy walking distance.

A LAYOUT DESIGNED FOR YOU
The bed configuration is flexible and can be customized to suit your group’s needs. The beds can be set up as single beds or joined together to form double beds. Even a couple can therefore choose whether to sleep together in a double bed or in two separate single beds.

TOLEDO SKYVIEW – NAPLES, FROM A SPECIAL VIEWPOINT

Imagine waking up, opening your eyes, and seeing the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius right in front of you.

This is Toledo Skyview.

A spacious, panoramic apartment of approximately 120 m², located on the fifth and top floor of a historic building in the heart of Naples, where the city, the sea, and Mount Vesuvius become an integral part of your stay.

The apartment is long and narrow, and natural light floods in through the large panoramic windows. From every room, you can take in the view of Naples: the Gulf, Mount Vesuvius, Piazza Dante, the historic centre, and, on the clearest days, even the Sorrento Coast.

It is not simply a place to stay: it is a place to pause, relax, and gaze upon Naples from its most evocative vantage point.

CEMERA PAOLA

The first bedroom, approximately 28 m², is a spacious and private room, ideal for a couple, but it can also be configured with two single beds.

The large window offers a splendid view and makes the room particularly bright. There is also a comfortable lounge area with a sofa, perfect for reading, resting, or simply enjoying the view.

The room features:

• large closet

• crib available upon request

The room also features an en suite bathroom, complete with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

THE LARGE PANORAMIC LIVING ROOM: LEYLA ROOM

The second room is probably the most surprising part of the house.

Measuring approximately 52 m², it is a large, open, and very bright space that combines a sleeping area with a living area. It is therefore not a closed, separate bedroom, but rather a spacious room where guests can sleep, relax, and enjoy the view.

It features four single beds, which can be converted into double beds depending on the guests’ needs.

This room also features a large relaxation area with a sofa and enormous windows through which Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples seem to almost enter the home.

It’s the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while gazing at Mount Vesuvius, relax after a day spent exploring Naples, or simply sit by the window and watch the city.

For added safety, all the beds and mattresses in the apartment are fire-retardant. It wasn’t a mandatory requirement for this type of accommodation, but I voluntarily chose this solution because I believe that even the details you can’t see are important.

THE KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make guests feel truly at home, even during longer stays.

You’ll find a refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking.

For families with children, children’s tableware and a high chair are also available.

The kitchen also features a washing machine, dryer, clothesline, and cleaning supplies for both the home and the kitchen.

A separate room serves as the dining room, where everyone can eat together comfortably.

TWO FULL BATHROOMS

The house has two full bathrooms, a particularly important convenience when travelling with family or in a group.

The first is located inside the panoramic bedroom, while the second serves the large living room.

Both feature a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY HOME

I believe that hospitality also means taking care of the place we share.

For this reason, we practice recycling at Toledo Skyview, and I try to limit the unnecessary use of plastic and single-use items as much as possible.

I prefer to avoid, when not necessary, small disposable kits, single-use soaps, and plastic packaging that generate waste after just one use.

It’s a small gesture, but I believe that many small gestures can make a difference.

A COMPLETELY SMOKE-FREE HOME-FREE

To ensure a pleasant and healthy environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the entire home, with no exceptions.

The ban therefore applies to both traditional cigarettes and electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.


NOT JUST A HOST: A NEAPOLITAN WHO WELCOMES YOU

At Toledo Skyview, I personally handle check-in and check-out.

I enjoy meeting my guests, welcoming them, showing them around the house, and making sure they have everything they need to get their stay off to a good start.

But above all, I enjoy doing what I’d probably do for a friend visiting Naples for the first time: telling them all about my city.

I’ll be happy to recommend where to eat authentic Neapolitan pizza, which streets to explore, what to see beyond the most famous sights, which areas to discover, and which experiences are worth having.

Because Naples isn’t just a city to visit.
