Unbeatable location. I promise you can't beat this location. Easy walk to the beach which is rare in Marco. Please note most houses in Marco you have to DRIVE to the beach and it is very hard to find public parking and expensive. I have had people tell me they love my home because of the easy walk to the beach. The home is very comfortable and nice it is 3 bedroom, 2 bath and has a private pool and 2 car garage. The home is quiet and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were both remodeled in November of 2022 and the kitchen and all kitchen appliances brand new January 2025\. It is also right by the JW Marriott, which has some good restaurants and spa. The house looks exactly as pictured and even has beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a bonus in addition to the beach. The property host was quick to respond to our inquiries and was very helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. House is ready for a couple upgrades (queen bed has seen better days) and the floor covering has worn off in a couple spots making it painful on little bare feet. But other than that, it was clean and in good shape. Nothing super fancy, but a great location for the price. It was great to be able to use tons of leftover rafts, noodles, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, etc. from past guests. I'm sure that's hit or miss, depending on when you go, but sure made things easy for us. They even had paddle boards, (although not sure how easy it'd be to get them down to the beach :) We had some issues with wifi and while I didn't have the energy to get it figured out, landlord was incredible helpful and super responsive about it. We were disappointed in the extras fees for pool heater and re filling BBQ propane that we were notified just a few days before arriving. It's a short, 3 minute walk to the beach and local hotels. We also loved the pool. It was the best of both worlds. Since we booked last minute, we were unable to get a rental car.
