The shower head the unit had was not very good. Basically it was a fight to kill them the first night. Our room was moved but ultimately it was very uncomfortable. There was no compensation for this inconvenience and basically almost was seen as being annoying for asking to move. We have children, of course we werent going to stay in a room full of roaches. From a previous guest. My phone never worked I also asked for that to be checked out so I constantly had to walk down to the front desk. Also in the bathroom the ceiling is falling apart. Literally there is a hole. Pool area was nice and clean which we did use unfortunately the water wasn't heated so it was ice cold. The kiosk guy said yes, i didn't agree so he switched my room(i had been driving all day so i was tired ready to relax a little) to 134 i get there and it is a standard room😫😡... I purchased a suite that has a little front room area with a couch ect. So i had to go back wait in line AGAIN then finally he put me in the $248 a night room i seen on the web rm 154 everything was soooo hard the beds were super firm the couch was worn out not worth the money at all the location was okay but the furniture was AGED!!
