The condo is equipped with a king size bed, sofa bed, balcony, full kitchen & full bath that sleeps 4\. The unit comes with the full comfort of free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV's & air-conditioning. Parking is $45 for the entire stay, beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, free gym & restaurant are all in the complex. The condo was just remodeled with new tile throughout, new appliances, new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops and Island, Bathroom was remodeled with new walk in shower. Storage unit outside the unit with coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart & more. The condo was modesty furnished but very comfortable. The bathroom could use some updates. I loved that all the beach stuff (chairs, umbrella)were provided. Every time I looked out the sliding door, saw a few dolphins swim by!! Shelling was great especially because two nights some storm came through and washed tons of shells ashore! And if anybody is into Thai and Japanese cuisine, must check out “Thai Sushi By KJ”, and it’s 3 minutes drive from the condo! Check in and out was quick and easy, the lobby was very clean.
