### In the heart of historic Naples, Pizzofalcone 41b Holiday House, 90 square meters

the house "Pizzofalcone 41b" is located in the historical building of the Egiziaca convent in Pizzofalcone which originated in the first half of the 17th century, in via Egiziaca in Pizzofalcone, on the homonymous hill, also known as Monte di Dio. The apartment, very quiet despite being very central, overlooks the splendid courtyard of the building. Sunny, with an independent entrance, it is accessed by a small flight of stairs. The house can accommodate a family or group of friends up to a maximum of 6 people. It has a large living room with dining table, TV, WI FI and a comfortable sofa which becomes a double bed if necessary; a first double bedroom with walk-in closet and a second bedroom with a double bed with walk-in closet; 2 bathrooms, one with shower (in the second bedroom) and one with tub / shower, kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer. Discounted garage on request.
