The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. It is set back from the main roads, on a long gravel road, and not near any bus stops, so I would recommend renting an SUV. Ubers had an hard time finding the place. Also the listing does mention a grill, which they did not have the backyard space is small with no patio furniture. ##### christina c. I almost don't want to leave this excellent review because I don't want word to get out about this fantastic new rental! It was myself, my husband, and our 15-year-old daughter and the place was perfect! Brand new, decorated so tastefully, and homey but modern. We loved our stay and will 100% stay again! There is only one downside to this property, and that is that it is a bit of a far way from town and a main road, so I couldn't imagine if we stayed here and had not rented a car (which we always intended to do, as our daughter wanted to drive on the beaches). We did need to Uber a few times before picking up our Jeep, and it rained quite a bit which caused some flooding and some of the roads were pretty bad.
