Basic room

I stayed here for one night after my Intrepid tour. Pros: - bed comfortable, big room, hot shower Cons: - tv lost its signal often - I found that the food was average at restaurant for dinner (pizza had no flavor) - wi-fi sometimes worked well, but not reliable - I asked at reception for hairdrier, there was none - I asked for toilet paper since there was hardly any left in the room. They said they would send someone up but the person never showed up - I booked a transfer to the airport for the following morning. The transfer was on time; however, for the price I paid (25$ USD), I would have expected a better service. The driver had its music running loudly in the car, window rolled down even though it was cold, and made a stop at a gas station on the way to the airport. He should have thought to refuel before taking me. In conclusion, this hotel was ok for one night but I don't think I would stay there again.

This was a nice, clean, safe hotel. The food in the restaurant was inexpensive and very good! As was the beer. They don’t accept American $1 bills though, no bank in Kenya will accept them so the staff can’t. $5 and up only. Rooms are big! Shower was good, no hair dryers though, not even at the front counter.

I stay here occasionally when in Nairobi. A fair price, comfortable but not fancy - standard mid-range Kenya hotel. Mostly a quiet area, 20 minute walk to central business district or university. Note that it's best to take a taxi if coming back after dark from town, since you'll have to pass by a park that can get sketchy at night time. (The hotel is not near the park.)

I am so incredibly thankful for Kenya Comfort suites. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Due to the unfortunate unsafety and lack of compassion at the Aden Bay City hotel, our driver took us to the amazing Kenya Comfort. At midnight, they were so welcoming. The staff took care of us in every compacity. Breakfast was amazing. With a variety of local cuisine. I highly recommend Kenya Comfort Hotel and suites.
