Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Please don’t book this place. There is no communication and no direct access to the place. They took my money after getting lost and finally getting there all phones were off. I didn’t get refunded and I had to sleep on a bus in Nairobi Very bad situation left me tired broke and confused It’s not even close to the airport
