All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Everyone was thrilled to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The beach access was very close and we were able to walk to dinner at a restaurant only .5 miles away. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for a rental, the living room furniture accommodated all five of us comfortably to watch a movie, and the mattresses were some of the most comfortable we've experienced in a rental property. The elevator made transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. House appeared to be newly upgraded or refurbished and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to hang out together as well as places to grab some solitude. Home was walking distance to a grocery store (Food Lion) and a very short drive to other attractions (e.g., Jockey's Ridge State Park, Wright Brothers Memorial, YMCA). Beach access was less than a block away. Property management company was also terrific: very communicative, plenty of starter supplies, home well cleaned and in great oorder.
