Response from the property manager was "sorry for the inconvenience".Once we got inside, we found a clogged toilet full of puke, bathroom with wet toilet paper all over the floor, 2 broken doors, sand everywhere, enough dirty dishes in the cabinet that we had to literally wash everything before use, no hot water in the kitchen sinks, broken stove, missing tv remotes in the bedrooms, cockroaches (literal cockroaches) crawling on the sinks, broken drawers in the kitchen, dryer barely worked. They had a maintenance guy come in each of the first 3 days and the only thing he fixed was bringing a new remote but he was very nice no fault to him.We paid 23,000 for this house, and it's not unreasonable to expect better conditions then the ones they provided. Pool heater was not on when we got there. No chemicals were put in the hot tub. Pool person came one day (Sunday). Did not come back to maintain the pool or the hot tub the rest of the week. One of the toilets in a room was constantly running. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other essential cooking supplies. We were happy with ice makers that were working. The open concept of the living room and kitchen was really great. Having an elevator made a Big difference for all of us. Handicap bathroom needs a bigger sink for toiletries. ##### Jean F. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the floor plan allowed for space for a floor devoted to families with small children, and a floor for those who'd like to stay up later. There was trash on the deck, dog poop by one of the sliding doors and the general appearance outside looked unkempt. The house was great for our large family, however it didn’t quite match the online pictures. It was a bit “worn” with a ripped couch cushion, stair railings were very dirty and the table was scratched. We did appreciate the timeliness of the maintenance man coming to fix a few things on Sunday. We had no air on the lower level and he put in window units. He also tried to help with the TVs that weren’t working(several throughout the house.) I feel those should have been checked before our arrival. ##### Barbara G.
