A recent guest said: \*\*\*\*\*Fantastic rental property and location The location of the property can't be beat: across from the Nags Head Village Beach Club Community Center and tennis courts; a short walk to the ocean; a short drive to the bay; a short drive to the golf course. Then there is the fully stocked kitchen (we usually cook half the days, eat out half the days), with everything we needed. TVs in every room, although we barely watched any at all. Loved the hot tub and then jumping into the cool pool. Having a refrigerator on the ground floor off of the carport was key - glad that was there! Laundry facilities too. More rooms and beds than we need as well! This is definitely a high quality rental and premo location. Highly recommended!! The details - Beautiful, 3 level freshly updated, 4 bedroom/3 bath beach duplex located 100 yards from boardwalk beach access. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 master bedrooms with full baths, 1 bunk room with twin over double bunk and twin or twin bunk, and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. Nicely furnished through out. Bed linens and bath towels (bath and washcloth) provided. Please pack your own Beach/Pool towels. Hot tub and 12 x25 private heated pool, (open April through 2nd week of October. Heat available at extra charge ($250) May and September/October. The location was ideal for the beach, as well as quick excursions to Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Jeanette's Pier, and Jockeys Ridge. The kitchen was stocked with plenty new plates,serving dishes, and pots and pans. The beds were so comfortable and supplied with cozy linens. And, the pool and hot tub were clean and well mantained. My personal favorite feature was the outside shower, large and airy. We were in Nags Head for a weddimg and a family reunion, and.this exceptional home helped to make everyday more memorable. And. Lori was easy to reach out with questions. You won't be disappointed! ##### Kathy m. No issues at all and descriptions were correct. Location was great and near everything. Plenty of parking we fit 5 vehicles and 2 were trucks. Right across the street from beach and community pool if you want to swim in a different pool. Also, since place was not rented before we got there were did recieve early check in. The house was exactly as we expected and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. House came with so many great things like games, books and a list of things to do and places to eat. The location is wonderful, easy access to the beach, and the community club. We loved having a private pool. As first time visitors we explored the local restaurants quite often. Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was super spacious and had everything you needed. The pool and hottub were awesome after a day at the beach. Having access to the pool club was awesome because we could hop back and forth from the pool to the beach. The beach club was right across the street from the house. Super convenient. It was nice to be able to utilize the club facilities the first day. We all commented that it made us feel as if we had an extra day of vacation! Lori was great at communicating and we were able to get into the property several hours early. The home itself was great, nicely furnished and more than met the needs for our families.
