The family that runs the place lives in one of the units, and took care to give me a middle room as I was a female traveling solo. Carpet, upholstery, bedding, fridge, microwave all looked new. Bathroom had new toilet, clean shower and sink. No lobby other than a window that may or may not be staffed. Towels were clean, toilet was clean, bed was ok. Lamp on the night stand hasn't been cleaned since 1985\. Clean, however, as much as it can be with a 40 year old carpet. Every fabric surface is old and dirty. I’m sick, or I would have turned around and gotten back in my car to drive all night to get home. Tiny, ancient AC the wall, currently struggling to cool a room that was allowed to bake in the sun all day. The front desk person was very nice, and so far it’s quiet. If literally all you need is a place to crash, this will do.
