The family that runs the place lives in one of the units, and took care to give me a middle room as I was a female traveling solo. Carpet, upholstery, bedding, fridge, microwave all looked new. Bathroom had new toilet, clean shower and sink. Clean, however, as much as it can be with a 40 year old carpet. Every fabric surface is old and dirty. Tiny, ancient AC the wall, currently struggling to cool a room that was allowed to bake in the sun all day. The front desk person was very nice, and so far it’s quiet. If literally all you need is a place to crash, this will do.
