- Ocean Breeze SeaHorse Unit, 19th Avenue South is a block from Ocean Boulevard & steps from the beach. Our townhomes were designed with a laid back beach feel providing full size kitchen & laundry. We have an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand from a long day at the beach. Enjoy quality time with your family by making dinner, playing board games, or watching the sunset or sunrise from your private balcony. Exterior security cameras in use. Contactless check-in/out
