Enjoy the lakefront views under a canopy of mature oak trees from the tranquil screened-in porch. The extensive list of renovations starts with new painted kitchen cabinets and hardware, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and new family-size washer and dryer (2025). Other fine-tuned details include, comfortable furnishings like a new leather swivel barrel chair and new padded stools for breakfast bar dining. If you make plans to visit during the cooler off-season months, there's a toasty electric fireplace to greet you. Then, there are the minute details that the owner took the time to customize, such as, clean tile floors throughout, fresh paint and smooth ceilings, crown molding, custom chair railing, and LED lighting, K-cup coffee maker, puzzles and board games. She wanted to go to Myrtle Beach for her 14th birthday! Loved the area! I like to jog every morning - I felt safe doing so alone- there are side walks and crosswalks throughout the plantation. We loved seeing all the turtles in the lake- there was even a black swan, some ducks and cranes. The condo itself was very clean!! Super cute and cozy- perfect for the 3 of us! We all LOVED the shower— it was perfect after my morning jog. The screened in porch was a huge plus because the mosquitoes usually eat me up—. AND the view was great!
