The cleaning staff was late due to personal reasons so we couldn’t check in until 4 1/2 hours after check-in time. The pull out bed was still dirty, although the staff worked very well with refunding me partially, it was still very off-putting. The parking is atrocious! Do not drive anything larger than a smaller SUV, plan accordingly. The parking garage is very tight and limited on each level. There is a cute bar about a block down with amazing staff, quite a few food options along with great pricing. My only issue or request in the future would be a vacuum to assist with cleaning up sand, along with possibly a bit more cleaning by the cleaning staff of the floors in general. They have a Large Vehicle parking area, but small cars would frequently park there instead of the available parking deck. We had a difficult time finding the rental office. Once we did, we had to wait at the door of the unit for about 45 minutes before the key would work. Went to the store to purchase Lysol spray for the bed, a first for me. This was not the way we wanted to celebrate our anniversary.
