There were stains on the walls, beat up furnishings and just in overall need of a refresh. That said, we are probably a bit spoiled and admittedly hard to please. That said, the beds were extremely comfortable and the heated indoor and outdoor water features made the stay great! Also, the host was quick to respond to our concerns and addressed them promptly. Walls were scraped, paint was peeling, and it was very dirty looking. We had to stop using a bathroom because it was leaking from the wall and when the guy came out to fix it two hours after they called and said he was going to be there soon. He then came with his wife and kid which in my eyes is very unprofessional. He was also there for 3 hours to fix the leak and we could not leave the condo. So that ruined that night for us. We never used that bathroom even after he said it was fixed because we did not trust it to not leak again bc while fixing he flooded the bathroom because the leak was not fixed properly the first time he did it. We do not feel like we got our value for our money because we were lead to believe by the photos and reviews that the condo was maintained and it was in fact not well maintained. We felt that in fact it was falling apart.
