The room was nice, a little smaller than we thought it would be but nice. The balcony is very small. We did enjoy our time and it was nice that there were already beach chairs for us to use there, although we did use our own but if we needed to there were some in the closet. The only thing that we had to complain about would be the mattress, it is in bad need of a new mattress. ##### Tammie M. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Marissa W. 31 août 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### nice little place perfect size for 2 people, the cleanliness was okay, the bed was not comfortable. they did not tell us they were coming into the room to replace a drawer in the refrigerator. it was missing when we came into the room, and by the time we left it was replaced so the room was entered without notice. not sure if that’s in the fine print somewhere that they can do that, but a heads up would be cool. hotel staff was cool, parking situation is nice, pools were nice. over all good place to stay if it’s just 2 people ##### Marissa W. The unit could’ve been more clean, there were pillows in the drawers, dust behind the TV stand, and our feet got super dirty from walking on the floors. The windows could use a deep clean inside and out. The pictures somewhat matched the room. The cabinets are newly painted, the bed could be replaced it was really hard and squeaky. And all the pillows they had were extremely flat. The balcony’s are small… the furniture on the balcony is nice. 3/4 hot tubs were down 1/2 of our stay. I will also put on here that when you book with Elliot, you don’t get free access to the water park across the street. It’s $5/per person. Other than that, my stay was ok. ##### Savannah G. Amazing staff at Elliott Beach Rentals and an amazing room! We ALWAYS stay at The Palace every year and this was the absolute best experience so far❤️ So impressed !! Room was super cute and the view was breathtaking!! I didn't want to leave!! Will never book any other way again! My daughter and I loved our 6 night stay!! The pictures were 100% accurate! There were no disappointments. The view was incredible! Highly recommend and would go back for another stay! ##### Heather S. Sink drained slow as well. Very thin walls yu can hear everything everywhere. Owner was very responsive. Smooth process but overall Wish things worked better.
